OUR STORY
Born in a Kitchen.Built Across 60 Countries.
NEBO began in 2019 with a handful of Kenyan beans, a borrowed pan, and a mother who roasted coffee the way her family always had. One taste changed everything. What followed was four years of obsessive learning — Coffee Mind Academy in Copenhagen, SCA events across three continents, farm visits at origin, and more than 60 countries travelled in pursuit of understanding what makes coffee truly exceptional. In 2023, we brought everything home to Amman and opened NEBO Roastery. Every bean we source is traceable. Every batch is roasted with the same care that started in that kitchen. Quality was always there. We just had to taste it to believe it.
